6 Foods That Will Keep You Hydrated

  • cucumbers – contain 96% water – the flesh of cucumbers is primarily composed of water 

  • zucchini – eaten raw – contains 95% water making this a low calorie and a great food for losing weight

  • tomatoes – contain 94% water – they are also full of vitamins and minerals

  • pineapples – contain 87% water – helps keep your skin hydrated keeping your skin beautiful

  • watermelons – contain 92% water – watermelons actually hydrate people better than a glass of water

  • strawberries – contain 92% water – making this a great food to snack on

 

It is recommended to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day which is not easy for some of us.  We get 20% of the water from the solid foods we eat especially from fruits and vegetables.
