cucumbers – contain 96% water – the flesh of cucumbers is primarily composed of water
zucchini – eaten raw – contains 95% water making this a low calorie and a great food for losing weight
tomatoes – contain 94% water – they are also full of vitamins and minerals
pineapples – contain 87% water – helps keep your skin hydrated keeping your skin beautiful

It is recommended to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day which is not easy for some of us. We get 20% of the water from the solid foods we eat especially from fruits and vegetables.
